Built on the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) framework, it centralises health facility data, improving resource allocation and service delivery. UPkSK integrates multiple systems, including HR, drug management, and service delivery, serving as a comprehensive digital tool for healthcare management in Uttar Pradesh.
Government of Uttar Pradesh identified a need for structured induction training for newly recruited ANMs in new health sub-centres. In the financial year 2022-23, the Health Department developed a standardised training package to strengthen ANMs’ capacity, improving service delivery and accessibility of RMNCH+A, nutrition, and NCD services, ensuring better healthcare quality across the state.
