Serving 25 million people across 31,000+ facilities, HOPE centralizes monitoring, optimizes resources, and enhances health outcomes through real-time CCTV surveillance, a 24/7 health helpline, and a data-driven decision-making system.

In 2020, Government of Uttar Pradesh amended service rules to directly recruit specialist doctors at the L2 level, distinguishing them from MBBS doctors. This ensured targeted recruitment, transparent selection, and merit-based postings. By 2024, specialist numbers increased by 23.89%, improving healthcare access and outcomes. This policy marks a transformative step in strengthening Uttar Pradesh’s public health system.
