Bharat Lal Pandey has more than 15+ years of extensive experience from Public Health Programme & Projects in the area of microfinance, HIV/AIDS HIV care and support, Nutrition, Family Planning and RMNCH+A. He has capability of Strategic Planning, programme management & implementation, Training, Advocacy & Networking, programme Data Analysis & Process Documentation in Community intervention. . Currently, He is associated with India Health Action Trust (IHAT) as Team Leader- Community Processes in UP-TSU. He is providing the techno- managerial support to Government of Uttar Pradesh for Community Intervention in RMNCH+A project. He has worked United Nation Population Fund (UNFPA), Child In Need Institute (CINI), MAMTA institute of Mother & Child. He has provided the technical assistance & managerial support to State Governments & Ministries of Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan of India. He has supported to Government of Chhattisgarh for bio-annual round SHISHU SANRKHHAN MAAH (SSM) for Vitamin- A supplementation and pilot project on the supplementation of Zinc + ORS during the childhood diarrhea, He has supported to Government of Chhattisgarh in development training manual & module for FLWs on SSM Bio-annual round and JODI NO-1 on diarrhea management. He has supported to Department of Medical Health & Family Welfare and ICDS of Government of Uttar Pradesh in designing, planning in joint training of FLWs (ASHSs, AWWs & ANMs) on Village Health Nutrition Day (VHNDs) through National Health Mission and State Nutrition Mission. He has also supported to National Health Mission of Government of Uttar Pradesh in design & development of Jobs add for ASHAs Village Health Index Register- VHIR (ASHAs Diary) for outreach planning and tracking of beneficiaries of ASHA area and training module for trainers & manual for FLWs on Village Health Nutrition Day (VHNDs).
